The method behind everything we publish
Health content carries real responsibility, so we hold ourselves to a clear, consistent standard. This page explains exactly how our content is researched, written, reviewed and funded, and how we handle products. If we ever fall short of what is described here, we want to hear about it.
Every health claim we make is built on established, authoritative sources, not on trends or a single study taken out of context. In order of preference, we rely on:
We extract the facts from these sources and write them in our own words. We do not copy or lightly reword other sites. Where the evidence is strong we say so; where it is thin or emerging, we say that too. "Promising" and "proven" are not the same word to us.
We are honest about what we are. Our content is evidence-informed: carefully researched against reputable medical sources and edited for accuracy. It is not individually certified by a physician, and we never claim it is. Nothing here is a substitute for personalised advice from your own doctor. See our Medical Disclaimer.
When we assess a supplement, we are transparent about our method. We are a publisher, not a laboratory, so we do not run our own clinical trials. Instead, our reviews evaluate:
A supplement is never presented as a treatment or cure for any disease. Prescription medications are always framed as prescription-only and doctor-supervised.
Wellness Insider Hub is reader-supported through display advertising and affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you buy through our site, at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page that carries such links. Our conclusions are never for sale: a commission never buys a better review, a higher rating or a softer verdict. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Wellness Insider Hub is published by JA Branding, a digital media company, and produced by its in-house editorial team of researchers, writers and editors. Every article is published under the Wellness Insider Hub name and held to the standards on this page. Learn more about us.
Accuracy matters to us, and we would rather fix a mistake than defend it. If you spot something that is wrong or out of date, tell us through our contact page and we will review it promptly and update the article where needed. We also revise our content on our own as medical guidance evolves.
